Overview

The Micron Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench is designed to comfortably accommodate the largest Mining and Earth Moving Cylinders on the market –
The design mandate is to improve operator efficiency and allow a single operator to quickly and safely strip or assemble the largest cylinders, including the Liebherr 9800, CAT6090 and Hitachi EX8000.

Our Heavy Duty Bench offers a massive 135’000 Nm of rotational force and a barrel OD of up to 630mm.
Integrated Cylinder Pressure testing is available up to 350Bar as standard and up to 500 Bar with full digital test reporting and laser stroke measurement.
