Oil Transfer Unit (OTU-ADV)

Overview

The Oil Transfer Unit (OTU-ADV) is engineered for the efficient filling of oil reservoirs—from drum to tank—as well as for transferring used oil that needs to be removed from a tank. It offers a versatile range of filtration configurations and can be customized to meet specific operational requirements.

This advanced system includes oil heating, which enhances the cleaning process in cold environments by improving oil flow and filtration efficiency.

It is also equipped with an Inline Conditioning Monitoring (ICM) unit, capable of measuring oil quality at set intervals and logging up to 4,000 data points over a defined time period.

The ICM supports both NAS and ISO cleanliness rating outputs.

Data collected by the ICM can be downloaded via USB and analyzed using MP Filtri Software, allowing users to generate detailed oil cleanliness reports for record-keeping and maintenance planning.

Standard setup includes:

• 10-micron and 3-micron filtration arrangement
• Suction filter strainer for added protection

Beyond standard transfer operations, the OTU-ADV can be integrated into a loop filtration system. This feature is especially beneficial in environments with high oil contamination levels, where continuous filtration is required to restore and maintain oil cleanliness. The loop system enables ongoing circulation and filtration of oil within the tank, helping to:
