Standard Duty Cylinder Repair Bench

Overview

The Micron Standard-Duty Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench is designed to accommodate construction and small to medium-sized earthmoving and mining cylinders.

This model offers 65’000 Nm of rotational torque and a maximum barrel OD capacity of 450mm.

Integrated Cylinder Pressure testing is available up to 280Bar as standard and up to 420 Bar with full digital test reporting and laser stroke measurement.

The design mandate is to improve operator efficiency and allow a single operator to quickly and safely strip and assemble cylinders.
Despite the smaller size and easier tool manipulation, the Micron SD beach includes all the technology and industry-leading features of its bigger brother.
